oshiwambo cooking process

In this video, we are going to watch how women prepare or cook oshiwambo food. Alot is going to be done in this video. We are going to see how pap is prepared, oshiwambo chicken and spinach. This video is to teach young women how to cook and to give them skills and knowledge in case they want to pursue the same business.

Oshiwambo food type

Here is the reflection of the type of food I mainly cook and market. Basically, I cook porridge (oshifima). I prefer cook porridge as many people like it and honor it as it is part of their culture and norms. oshifima is healthier than these other type of food like rice, salads and so on. I also cook oshiwambo chickens which is healthier and more demanded by many. Many people prefer oshiwambo chicken than buying bra packs. oshiwambo chicken tastes delicious due the oshiwambo ingredients used like marula oil, and nuts. I also cook dry spinach which is mainly essential for carbohydrates which keeps the body strong ang healthier.

Oshiwanbo products

Here is the reflection of oshiwambo products or the raw materials that are used to prepare the final products like porridge, we crush omahangu grains, to produce omahangu flour, and the relish we use dry spinach and sometimes fresh one during rainy seanons. we also use marula nuts to get marula oil as a final product.
